It’s been a year and I’m returning from maternity leave. I have an audition coming up this Tuesday. It’s a 30 minute interval ride. Here’s a Taste of Tuesday…

A heavy indie mix with reggae and rock to push you hard! One of my favorites

This mix is way more chill than the others. That doesn’t make it any easier. In fact, this has been my favorite profile so far. Lots of hills and slow climbs with high resistance. Jumps and short recoveries add variety and make this a really fun ride.
60 minute ride profile included. You can decrease time by cutting some songs short. Heart rates not included – I’m waiting for a little more experience to include that. Will update!
This mix is an hour and 44 seconds. Start it asap to get through all the great songs for this amazing ride. Lots of sprints and flat roads with a few hills and jumps thrown in. Heady melodies help tune you into your mind and focus on the actions of different muscles. The poppy, upbeat songs and dance tracks make this profile fun and lighthearted….but you will sweat!
I’ve been twisting and tweaking all of my first draft mixes. For this mix I tried to use slower recovery songs between the more edgy, fast paced ones. Let me know what you think.
This is the first mix of 10 for my first collection. I will be posting the others as soon as possible. The titles for each mix come from the different emotions you experience when you push your limits. Anything is possible. You just have to want it.
